Topman Fall/Winter 2012 Lookbook

Every single season since its launch, I watch the Topman Design show and am usually in awe of what I see but at the same time bitter because the prices are a little too steep for my budget. Which is why I am very happy to say that Topman have incorporated the design aesthetic of the Topman Design range into  their main range this winter, which can be seen below...

The aesthetic is a lot more sophisticated prints are for the most part intricate tailored jackets are a common occurrence, the colour pallet is dark and brooding which is common for many winter collections especially Topman. The fabrics look as if they are of a high quality but the lighting leaves little in the way of clues in that aspect. There are some aspects that remain true to the Topman ranges of the past, including parkas and a lot of denim shirts. Overall the collection feels very British and quite sophisticated, we can only hope this design aesthetic carries through to the stores themselves.
